With low levels of alpha acids and cohumulone, the WAI-TI organic develops a very sweet bitterness that predisposes it to unique hop beers.
Note that when added at the mid/end of the brew, the citrus fruits are placed in the background and the nuts take the upper hand.
Aromas: Peach, Apricot, Spices, Lime, Tropical fruits.
Use: Pale Ale, Lager, IPA, Wheat
- Alpha: 2.5-3.5%.
Beta: 4.5 - 5.5%.
Cohumulone: 22 - 24%.
Cumulative oils: 1 - 1,6ml/100g
