woodmart_inline=&#8221;no&#8221; text_larger=&#8221;no&#8221;]<\/p>\n<h3 data-path-to-node=\"40\">EXTRACT FROM THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS<\/h3>\n<h3 data-path-to-node=\"40\">ARTICLE 7 \u2014 STRICT CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS AND REFUNDS (CREDIT CREDIT)<\/h3>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"41\">7.1. <b data-path-to-node=\"41\" data-index-in-node=\"5\">No automatic return:<\/b> No merchandise returns will be accepted without the prior, written and explicit agreement of SAS HOPSTORE.<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"42\">7.2.  <b data-path-to-node=\"42\" data-index-in-node=\"5\">Conditions for accepting returns:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul data-path-to-node=\"43\">\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"43,0,0\">The original bag must be <b data-path-to-node=\"43,0,0\" data-index-in-node=\"27\">strictly sealed, intact, unpunctured, undamaged, unrepackaged<\/b> and have not been subjected to any attempt at use.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"43,1,0\">The product must <b data-path-to-node=\"43,1,0\" data-index-in-node=\"19\">never have been frozen<\/b> or stored under inappropriate conditions.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"43,2,0\">The return request must be formalized in writing within a maximum of <b data-path-to-node=\"43,2,0\" data-index-in-node=\"69\">14 days<\/b> after delivery.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"44\">7.3. <b data-path-to-node=\"44\" data-index-in-node=\"5\">Repatriation costs:<\/b> All return, transport and insurance costs for the returned product are <b data-path-to-node=\"44\" data-index-in-node=\"108\">the sole and full responsibility of the Customer<\/b> .<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"45\">7.4.  <b data-path-to-node=\"45\" data-index-in-node=\"5\">The only form of compensation: a credit note.<\/b><\/p>\n<ul data-path-to-node=\"46\">\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"46,0,0\">No refunds in cash, bank transfer or credit card will be issued.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"46,1,0\">If the return is accepted by our services, compensation will be made <b data-path-to-node=\"46,1,0\" data-index-in-node=\"73\">exclusively in the form of a commercial credit note<\/b> .<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"46,2,0\">This credit note will be issued within <b data-path-to-node=\"46,2,0\" data-index-in-node=\"36\">one (1) week<\/b> of physical receipt and satisfactory quality control of the product in our warehouse.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"46,3,0\">The credit note will be valid for <b data-path-to-node=\"46,3,0\" data-index-in-node=\"29\">one (1) year<\/b> from its date of issue on the entire HOPSTORE catalogue.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row]<\/p>\n<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text css=&#8221;&#8221;
