Information about Calypso\u2122 isn&#8217;t readily available, but it&#8217;s known to be widely used as a single hop by many craft breweries. Its high alpha acid content makes it an excellent bittering hop (you&#8217;ll also notice its high cohumulone content; if you push it too hard, it&#8217;ll pack a serious punch), but its powerful citrus and lime notes also allow it to hold its own as a late addition to your brews; it&#8217;s worth noting that it was initially developed for its aromas!
