It was developed in England and released in&#8230; 1919! The super alpha hops developed later have somewhat overshadowed it, but it remains a historic and fascinating hop, especially useful at the end of the boil.  <\/p>\n<p>It is also very interesting to grow because it is quite resistant to diseases and pests, and it&#8217;s a real plus in organic farming! Not to mention that it offers a beautiful range of flavors, not only bitter as mentioned, but also aromatic. <\/p>\n<p>Finally, note that for a hop that&#8217;s quite &#8220;fruity,&#8221; it delivers a pronounced bitterness!
