A SMASH: 100% Pilsen, with 3 g/l in total (1 g at the start, 1 g 15 minutes before the end, 1 g 5 minutes before the end, 1 g at the end). High attenuation for a very dry beer.
A SINGLE HOP on a classic pale ale recipe: 1 g at the start, 1 g 15 minutes before the end, 1 g 5 minutes before the end, 1 g at the end, and a whirlpool for those with a sweet tooth.

*Hops are subject to the same diseases as vines. As a result, non-organic cultivation can lead to multiple treatments (using synthetic products in particular), which are detrimental to biodiversity in the soil and in the vicinity of hop fields.
