To fully express all these aromas, I recommend:

-A DH (Dry Density) during primary fermentation for a “true IPA”: with character, a pronounced bitterness, and a strong aroma. Minimum 5 g/L
-A DH during guard will greatly reduce the astringency and resinous effect.

Description

Ariana is a hop variety developed at the Hop Research Center in Huell less than ten years ago and is descended from Herkules and a wild male. It’s clear from the same family as Herkules; just look at its cohumulone level! If you’re looking for bitterness, Ariana will deliver! Its well-balanced oils won’t disappoint in terms of aroma.

Beta: 4.5 – 6%
Cohumulone: 40-42%
