It’s one of the few hops capable of releasing citrus aromas at every stage of brewing. “

Here are some use cases:

• In a thirst-quenching Pale Ale: 2g/L in the whirlpool to enhance without altering.
• In a typical IPA: A DH of 3g/L during primary fermentation is sufficient to release pleasant fruity aromas.
• In a NEIPA: A DH of 6g/L during fermentation to get exotic fruits + A DH during conditioning to get the “cocktail” effect.
