This 2024 vintage is very strawberry-oriented. A rather difficult aroma to extract and preserve. It would be interesting to test it in cold DH on a NEIPA or Session.

To fully enjoy these aromas, I recommend:

-DH during storage, as cold as possible, for at least 5 days, to bring out the fruit aromas and avoid any vegetal notes.

*Hops are subject to the same diseases as vines. As a result, non-organic cultivation can lead to multiple treatments (using synthetic products in particular), which are detrimental to biodiversity in the soil and in the vicinity of hop fields. Organic farming preserves soil life, insects, birds, etc. - in short, biodiversity.

**Organic hop growing favors the use of compost and other fertilizers of natural origin. This results in a high concentration of carbon in the soil. Less CO2 in the air = less warming of the atmosphere.
