The Site allows HOPSTORE to propose to the sale of organic hops, in the form of cones, pellets, extracts, powders, etc. (hereinafter referred to as "products") to Internet users browsing the Site (hereafter referred to as "users"). The user who has validated an order will be referred to as "customer". The user's rights and obligations necessarily apply to the customer.

Any order of a product proposed on the Site implies the consultation and the express acceptance of these general conditions of sale, shown by the fact of ticking the box "I declare to have read and accept the general conditions of Sale HOPSTORE ".

ARTICLE 1-purpose

The purpose of these general terms and conditions of sale is to define, exclusively, on the basis of the relationships they establish on the Internet, the rights and obligations of the Parties born of the online sale of the products offered on the Site.

They adjust all the steps necessary to the order and keep track of this order between the Parties.

These apply to the exclusion of any other document.

ARTICLE 2-Products

2.1 Products

The products offered for sale by HOPSTORE are those listed on the site, on the day of the site's consultation by the user and within the limit of the available stocks.

If one of the products is unavailable, the customer will be informed as soon as possible.

The photographs and the texts illustrating the products do not enter the contractual field.

2.2 Resale of HOPSTORE Products

The resale of HOPSTORE products is not authorised except in writing and contractual agreement with the company EIRL Leia Abitbol holder of the mark.

Repackaging of HOPSTORE products for resale under another brand is not permitted unless written consent of the company EIRL Leia Abitbol.


The prices are indicated in Euros and are valid for the European Union territories outside DOM and TOM. They take into account any reductions as well as French VAT, applicable on the day of the order.

Any order placed on the Site and delivered outside the European Union and to the DOM and TOM will be charged without VAT and may be subject to any taxes, customs duties and other related charges which are taxed when the parcel reaches its destination. These extra charges are the responsibility of the customer and fall within their liability.

The prices indicated on the Site are guaranteed on the day of the order within the limit of the available stocks, and unless manifest error of typography or omission.

The prices indicated do not take into account the shipping charges which will be charged in addition or offered according to the amount of the order and the country of delivery, and will be specified to the user when the final validation of his order.

These postage charges do not include customs and other ancillary charges that may be requested at the entrance of certain countries, these charges remain the exclusive responsibility of the customer.

HOPSTORE reserves the right, what the user accepts, to change its prices at any time.

ARTICLE 4-Order registration and VALIDATION

4.1 Navigation inside the Site

The user can take notice of the various products offered for sale by HOPSTORE on his website.

The user can navigate freely on the different pages of the Site without being hired as an order.

4.2 Registering an Order

If the user wishes to order, he will choose the different products to which he has an interest, and will show the interest by clicking on the button "Add to Cart".

At any time, the user may:

  • Get a summary of the products he selected, by clicking on "Basket".
  • Continue or change its product selection by clicking on "Back to shop".
  • Complete its selection of products and order these products by clicking on " Place My order".

To order the products he has chosen, after clicking on "Place my order", any user will have to identify himself, by entering his e-mail address and the password that he will have previously chosen when creating his account, either, If this is his first order, click on "Create My Account". In the latter case, the user will have to complete the form made available to him accurately, on which he will include the information necessary for his identification and in particular his surname, first name, postal address. Commercial Offers

4.3 Final Validation of the order and payment

After having read the status of its order, and once all the information requested has been completed by the user, a summary of this information and the order will appear and the latter must choose the method of payment with which he wishes to make his payment to definitively confirm his order.

Orders are payable in euros by French or international credit card.

It is specified that by making an immediate settlement by credit card, the user will then automatically switch to the banking server on the secure payment platform. This platform is secured by secure Socket Layer (S.S.L.) encryption so as to protect all data related to the means of payment, and at no time will the user's banking data pass through the system Computer HOPSTORE.

As soon as he validates his payment, the order is registered. The user becomes a customer. The purchase order will be recorded on HOPSTORE's computer records and will be considered as evidence of contractual relations between the Parties.

4.4 Confirmation of the order

A summary of the order will be displayed after the order has been validated.

This confirmation will include all the elements of the contract between the Parties.

This order summary will also be sent by mail to the customer within minutes of his purchase.

The Client will then have access to the follow-up of his "order" by clicking on "My Account" and identifying himself by his email address and password.

4.5 Modifying an Order

Tracking of past orders is accessible from the "My Account" menu.

To modify a command, it is necessary to cancel the order, to put it back to the basket and then to correct it as desired before validating it.

The change or cancellation of an order is only possible when its status is "pending".

An order placed in "in progress" or "completed" status is no longer editable.

Any order received by the customer is final. No retraction or return of the products is possible.

ARTICLE 5-Delivery

5.1 Time limits and modes of dispatch

Your orders are processed as soon as possible.

Orders are prepared as soon as you receive the payment by credit card guaranteeing the speed of processing your order.

Delivery time in metropolitan France

Shipments take place within 48 hours of receipt of payment of your order, unless otherwise indicated on the "basket" page.

After delivery by our shipments Service, your order is delivered in 2 to 3 days by Coliposte (Colissimo track).

These deadlines are in working days, excluding postal routing problems.

Delivery time in the rest of the world

Your order will be delivered by COLIPOSTE or by FEDEX (or any other operator chosen by HOPSTORE) depending on the country of destination. The countries delivered, shipping methods and delivery times are indicated on the Site in Click here.

5.2 Delay/No delivery

Loss of parcel during transport

Colissimo and FedEx are very reliable services. However, it may be, as in any shipment, that there may be a delay in delivery or that the parcel is lost. In the case of a delivery delay of more than 7 days, the customer must inform HOPSTORE who will send the information to the post office or to Fedex to trigger the initiation of an investigation. This survey may last up to 21 days from its opening. If during this time the parcel is found, it will be forwarded immediately to the customer's home (in most cases). If, on the other hand, the parcel is not found at the end of the 21-day investigation period, Colissimo or FEDEX considers the parcel to be lost. In this case, HOPSTORE will send the customer a replacement package at his own expense. If the lost product (or products) were no longer available at that time, HOPSTORE would reimburse the customer for the amount of these products.

Cancel Order

In case of a delivery delay of more than 7 days in relation to the expected delivery date, the customer can cancel his order by contacting HOPSTORE by mail or telephone.

5.3 Anomalies

Any anomaly concerning the delivery (damage, open parcel, damaged parcel, broken products...) must be indicated on the delivery order in the form of "handwritten reserves", accompanied by the signature of the customer. The customer must immediately report the anomaly to HOPSTORE by mail for a claim to be made to Coliposte or FedEx.

HOPSTORE will return the replacement product (or products) to the customer at its expense.

ARTICLE 6-Quality Assurance

The customer has a quality guarantee on HOPSTORE products.

If the defect is proven, HOSPTORE undertakes to exchange or reimburse defective or non-compliant products as well as any return costs within fourteen (14) days.

ARTICLE 7-Informatics and freedoms

The information of the personal information collected in the context of the distance sale is obligatory, as it is necessary for the processing and the delivery of the orders as well as for the preparation of the invoices. This information is strictly confidential and is not transmitted to third parties.

In accordance with the law "Informatique et libertés", the processing of personal information relating to customers has been the subject of a declaration to the national Commission of Informatics and Freedoms (CNIL) under the registration number: 2160770 v 0 of 09 March 2018.

ARTICLE 8 – Litigation

This contract is subject to French law. HOPSTORE cannot be held liable for any damage of any kind, whether material or immaterial or bodily, which could result from the misuse of the marketed products.

In case of difficulties in the application of this contract, the Client has the possibility, before any legal action, to seek an amicable solution in particular with the help of a professional association of the branch, a consumer association or any other board of his choice.

The claims or disputes will always be received with attentive kindness, good faith being always presumed in the one who takes the trouble to expose his situation. In case of litigation, the customer will address the company by priority to obtain an amicable solution.

The Macon Commercial Court is solely competent, irrespective of the place of delivery and the method of payment accepted.


In accordance with the provisions of Article L.221-18 of the Consumer Code, the Customer has a period of 14 days to exercise his right of withdrawal without having to justify his reasons. The starting point of the period is the day of receipt of the order by the Customer or by the third party designated by him. If the 14-day period expires on a Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday or day off, it is extended until the first following working day.

In order to assert his right of withdrawal, the Client must notify HOPSTORE of his decision to withdraw before the expiry of the period by means of a declaration free of ambiguity such as an email specifying the following elements: name, address, telephone number, order number, reference, type of article, price and quantities.



The Customer may return the item to the address HOPSTORE, 57 chemin du Devant, 71250 Buffières.
The cost of returning the products shall be borne by the Member.

The transport of the products thus returned is the responsibility of the Member.

In the event that the product, due to its nature (bulky and/or heavy or high-value), cannot be handled by the Post Office, the Customer may use the service of a carrier of his choice.

The reimbursement will take place within 14 days following the date on which HOPSTORE has been informed by the Client of his decision to withdraw. In any event, this reimbursement cannot be made before HOPSTORE has recovered the item(s) that the Client has retracted or before proof of return of the latter has been provided.

Refunds will be made according to the means of payment of the returned order, unless the Client agrees with HOPSTORE to a different means.

Reimbursement shall not be made if the article concerned has suffered depreciation as a result of handling other than that necessary to establish its nature, characteristics or conformity.
