-DH during storage, as cold as possible, for at least 5 days, to bring out the fruit aromas and avoid any vegetal notes.

This 2024 vintage is very strawberry-oriented. A rather difficult aroma to extract and preserve. It would be interesting to test it in cold DH on a NEIPA or Session.

*Hops are subject to the same diseases as vines. **Organic hop growing favors the use of compost and other fertilizers of natural origin. This results in a high concentration of carbon in the soil. Less CO2 in the air = less warming of the atmosphere.
