Provisional program for Monday, June 16, 2025:

  • 9am: Welcome
  • 10am: Start of discussions:
    • State of the market?
    • What are the constraints on organic beer?
    • What are the opportunities for communication and positioning?
    • What might the organic IPA of tomorrow look like?
    • What are the growth drivers? What process improvements are possible?
  • 12:30 PM: Lunch break
  • 2pm: Tastings of the collaborations
  • 4 p.m.: Break
  • 4:30 PM: Tasting of other beers brought / Discovery of the new New Zealand harvest
  • 6pm: Tasting for an informed public (non-brewers)

Frame :

You will be welcomed to our village of Buffières (71250) in a rural and countryside setting.

A responsible meeting:

We will be mindful of the environmental impact of this event: 100% organic and local meals, no unnecessary goodies, no disposable tableware, minimal printing, etc.

We will send you the list of participants so that you can carpool if you wish.

We are not planning an expert conference.

We believe that you all have some of the answers you are looking for; our role is to help you formulate them.

We will set up a dedicated activity, allowing us to work in a friendly and collective intelligence.
