Ce millésime 2024 est très porté sur la fraise. Un arôme assez difficile à extraire et conserver. Il serait intéressant de le tester en DH à froid sur une NEIPA ou une Session.

En achetant des houblons BIO vous favorisez la biodiversité* et

limitez le réchauffement climatique**

*Le houblon est une plante sujette aux mêmes maladies que la vigne. Par conséquent, sa culture non-biologique peut entrainer de multiples traitements (avec des produits de synthèses notamment) qui nuisent à la biodiversité dans le sol et à proximité des champs de houblons. L'agriculture biologique préserve la vie des sols, des insectes, des oiseaux, ... bref la biodiversité.

**La culture biologique du houblon privilégie l'utilisation du compost et autres engrais d'origines naturelles. Ce qui a pour conséquence une forte concentration du carbone dans le sol. Moins de CO2 dans l'air = moins de réchauffement de l'atmosphère.
