- Description : Eurêka™ shares many similarities with Simcoe® and Summit™, which you may already be familiar with. It is a descendant of Apollon and Merkur, which make it a powerful bittering hop with very interesting aromatic properties. This is undoubtedly also due to its strong red fruit character, which is not so common among hops (though one might think of New Zealand’s Pacific Gem in this regard).
