Processing and logistics are handled from a 1,000m² warehouse in southern Burgundy.
The hops arrive in bales after each harvest. They are processed into T-90 pellets and bagged before being stored in cold storage. Packages are prepared on site and dispatched daily.
For your information: It is possible to sign a contract during the year (depending on availability and current prices). Minimum 10kg per variety and 60kg/year per brewery.
