This 2024 vintage is very strawberry-forward. It’s a rather difficult aroma to extract and preserve. It would be interesting to try it chilled in a NEIPA or Session whisky.
Hüll Melon is a fairly young hop that arrived on the market in the early 2010s. A descendant of Cascade, it has some interesting characteristics but is also known for being intensely fruity.
