Organic Styrian Gold is a young hop variety developed by crossing Savinjski Golding with a wild Slovenian male. Released in 2009, organic Styrian Gold has a refined and very well-balanced aroma, due in particular to the rare fact that its alpha and beta acids are almost perfectly matched.
Its relatively high oil content contributes to a very interesting aromatic profile. Beers brewed with this hop have an excellent organoleptic profile, whether in terms of bitterness, aroma, or flavor. A must-try!
