“Malling is a HOPSTORE discovery. A dual-purpose hop with great potential. Bittering , with stratospheric cohumulone levels, allow it to replace, for example, a nugget 5 points less AA. Aromatic , as it brings notes of stone fruit, ripe fruit, and almonds that can even be found in beers with high alcohol and malt content. Try it and you'll love it.

To use it properly, I recommend:

  • Bittering start at 0.5 g/L for a simple blonde beer.
  • In Aromatic
    • Under-doseBittering anticipation... even if you plan to use it in a whirlpool.
    • to dry hop as cold as possible if you want to limit the tannins.
    • Do not let it steep for more than 3 days in any case.

Let me know what you think...
