“It is sometimes said that the most aromatic hops can hide a beer's flaws... Cashmere is particularly powerful, sometimes with notes of lychee. Its Spanish counterpart is no slouch either, with exotic fruit notes that are very much present.”

-Do not skimp on the dose: Minimum 5 g/L
-Late Hoping / Hors feu must be below 75°C
-DH during fermentation must last at least 3 days at 20°C.

*Hops are subject to the same diseases as vines.
