BREWERS GOLD - ORGANIC

Description

Brewers Gold, no less, is the father of half a dozen other hops on the market, including Galena, Centennial Nugget and Centennial. It was developed in England and brought to market in ... 1919! The super-alpha hops developed afterwards have made it a little forgotten, but it's still a historic and super-interesting hop, especially when used at the end of the boil.

It's also very interesting to grow because it's fairly resistant to disease and parasites, and we love ORGANIC! Not to mention that it offers a beautiful palette that is not only bittering, as I said, but also Aromatic.

Finally, note that for a rather "fruity" hop, it brings a frank bitterness! Perfect for a single hop Pale Ale, for example 😉
