Malling is a derivative of Perle found only in Austria. It has been developed to obtain a higher, more stable AA level (around 8%). Bittering power reinforced by a high cohumulone content. It also happens to have very interesting aromatic properties.

Usage: Pale Ale, Porter, Bock, Pils, Lager, IPA
Acids:
- Alpha: 8 to 10%.
- Beta: 3 to 6%.
- Cohumulone: 35 to 40%.
Cumulative oils: 0.5 to 1.2ml/100g
