Tang, but much, much better!!

Revelation of the year 2025, Tango has given hope to many French breweries that have run out of exemptions! It is one of the few European hops suitable for a NEIPA."

To bring out all its aromas, I recommend:

  • Late hopping at less than 75°C. If you have time, it's really worth it.
  • A DH during primary fermentation. Minimum 7.5 g/L
  • And if possible, another DH during the shift to get more noses.
  • Do not neglect the aging time to allow for proper settling. Ideally, 5 weeks.
