The Chinook is here to stay…

“Chinook is pretty much the alpha and omega of a good old-fashioned IPA. With bitterness, fruit, and a resinous, heady finish. Far removed from cryo and other CO2 extracts that have sold their souls in the race for an aroma that has become artificial; vanished in two rays of sunshine.”

Description

Available since 1985, Chinook has steadily gained popularity. It ranks among the top 10 hops used by craft breweries in the United States, largely because it performs excellently at all stages of the brewing process and can be used for both aroma and bittering.
