Every kilo purchased at HOPSTORE supports our small family business, the 15 or so hop growers with whom we have a long-term commitment, the NGOs/asso we support and the development of regenerative agriculture in France, Europe and elsewhere in the world.

For a real fruit cocktail, I recommend pairing it with your choice of:
- -Tango: the mildest of the European varieties, with a pleasant, subtle sweetness on a NEIPA or SESSION IPA.
- -Cashmere Cashmere : A Aromatic fruity Aromatic that reveals different flavors depending on the combinations and yeasts used.

To bring out all its aromas, I recommend:
- -Late hopping at less than 75°C. If you have time, it's really worth it.
- -One DH during primary fermentation. Minimum 7.5 g/L
- -And if possible, another DH during the shift to get more noses.
- -Do not neglect the aging time to allow for proper settling. Ideally, 5 weeks.
