Description

Widely used in Europe, this dwarf hop was developed by Wye College and is beginning to penetrate the US market. It’s a very versatile hop that can be used in a wide variety of beers. It can be added during dry hopping or at almost any point during the brewing process. Its aromas are sometimes compared to those of Golding, but with an added hint of citrus and a very well-balanced bitterness.

    Beta: 2.3 – 4.1%
