Cashmere is a fairly recent hop variety and brand new to organic! It was developed by Washington State University and launched in 2013 as a cross between Cascade and Northern Brewer. Interestingly, its alpha acids are higher than those of Cascade. A must-try for beers that need a bit of a kick!

- Beta: 6.4 – 7.1%
